SUMMARY

The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property’s staff.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
  • Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
  • Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received from each client
  • Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
  • Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
  • Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
  • Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years related work experience is required for this position
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen in details and has sense of urgency
  • Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
  • Must be flexible in terms of the work arrangements (Work on Site, Work from or Hybrid)
