No weekends, no call, no after-hours charting. Physician shall provide medical services in an outpatient clinic setting as determined by the Medical Board of Directors of Health by Design Medical Group. Low patient volume, supportive nursing staff (RN's).Will provide patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating patients to meet their needsWill educate patients on wellness, prevention, and the importance of early detection by providing materials and resourcesPrescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs to patients, orders studies, tests, and ancillary servicesReview on a regular basis, long term cases that require ongoing medical attentionConsult with Physician Lead, Director of Medicine, and other professionals on staff as needed, regarding patient care, assessment, and educational issuesREQUIREMENTS:Graduate of an accredited United States School of Medicine; MD or DOBC / BECurrent unrestricted License to practice in the state of LouisianaCurrent DEA CertificateBLS - Basic Life Support CertificationCall Karen Hogan @ #210-723-6733 for more information, or email karen.hogan@hbdus.com.
