About The Role
We are looking for a marketing associate who is passionate, reliable, insightful, and impactful. As the Marketing Associate, you will coordinate existing marketing campaigns, assist with the development of new initiatives, collaborate and communicate with clients (internal and external), and ensure efforts are aligned with client and business goals. You will work on a variety of projects and use various skills including communication, organization, creative, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including campaign management, content development, traditional and digital marketing, as well as account and project management. This position will be a hybrid role and will require the new hire to be in the office 3 days a week at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

About The Role

What you will do
- Identify new strategies and innovative marketing tactics that drive engagement
- Help strategize marketing plans and campaigns that make personal human connections with members and drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty
- Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with the agreed schedule and content in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Creative Lead
- Identify, collect, monitor, and analyze key data to unlock insights and adjust to what matters most to our members
- Remain up to date on all business lines and service offerings to ensure that all marketing communications have updated /accurate information
- Interact directly with clients and/or account managers to understand needs, present marketing plans, collect feedback, obtain approvals, and report results
- Serve as the intermediary between account managers, marketing, and creative
- Ensure appropriate information is being communicated to all internal stakeholders and external clients and partners
- Collaborate across multiple departments, including operations, care team, account management, business development, and members of the executive and leadership teams
- Stay informed about the market, industry trends, the competitive landscape
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 4+ years experience working in a related role
- 2+ years of experience in running marketing campaigns, specifically in developing and executing cross-channel campaigns including traditional and digital channels
- Demonstrated excellence in copywriting/content marketing
- Demonstrated experience in e-mail marketing campaigns, online ads, native ads, managing web/blogs with SEO optimization, and social media content planning and execution
- Knowledge of digital communications channels and digital marketing best practices
- Creativity - must demonstrate high levels of creativity, flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to be enterprising
- Ability to manage projects from inception through implementation and communicate progress throughout the process. (Experience with project management software a plus)Working knowledge of design and email software (Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, and Campaign Monitor a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to communicate at a high level (in writing, discussion, and presentation forms) to influence, educate and negotiate effectively
- Exceptional analytical and organization skills, detail-oriented and self-starter
- Ability to work with people from all levels of discipline, within and outside the organization
- Open to new learning and quickly adapts to change
