Pingboard is looking for a high energy Technical Recruiter to help us find top notch talent but also loves knowing they get to help place people in careers they want to be in! Reporting to the People Operations Manager, our desire is to provide a quick and efficient hiring and onboarding process that is essential in growing and thriving as a company. Our small but mighty People Ops team is passionate about creating positive people experiences to include positive candidate experiences. This full-time remote position is based within the U.S. only with no travel expectation. This role excites you because you will perform or own: _Full cycle recruiting - own and help shape our recruiting process from posting to offer _Interview process management - monitor interview workflows to ensure consistency and ensure candidates are moving along in a timely manner _Know the role - partner with executives and hiring managers on job expectations and job descriptions, help with interview questions, and ability to communicate technical and non-technical job skills and expectations to candidates effectively _Sourcing - seek qualified passive candidates and build talent pipelines by cold calling, networking, conduct complex searches, social media, etc with creative messaging. Use various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc. _Screening - effectively identify candidates’ skill sets and experiences within the screening stage _Selling - create excitement to candidates by promoting role ownership and autonomy, company culture, and benefits and perks _ATS - manage and update processes and interview workflows, talent pipeline, and process recruiting reports _DE&I - Ensure our recruiting efforts are expanded and promoted in all DE&I aspects _Employer Branding - in partnership with People Ops, work to ensure Pingboard is active in all job boards, social media posts, etc. _Assist in submitting and earning employer recognitions such as Best Places to Work, Inc. 500, Deloitte Fast 500, etc. _Training - assist in training and tooling up hiring managers on interview best practices, user knowledge with ATS, etc. _Talent projects - Assist People Ops Manager with other talent and retention projects The expertise we’ll be most excited about is that you will bring: _7+ years of hands on technical recruiter experience _Strong experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles (software engineers, product, cloud/devops, data, etc.) but can also recruit for non-technical roles (customer success, finance, marketing, etc.) _Experienced interviewing skills for technical and non-technical roles _Expert level experience using ATS (Workable preferred or similar) _Strong time management and organizational skills _Have experience working with or a part of People Operations/HR teams _Communication and empathy skills _Unbelievable work ethic and trustworthiness _Comfortable working remotely and with distributed teams _Must enjoy working in startup and SaaS environments and having fun!
