About this role
The Sales Director will manage the sales cycle for the B2B and wholesale side of our business ensuring an effective process from prospecting to growth across key accounts. Your focus will be on identifying and signing new wholesale clients for Anact.
In this role you will be responsible for; predictable revenue and accurate forecasting, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and pipeline generation goals, and enhancing connectivity across Anact customers generating a network of inspired, sustainable acts.
You will be part of a small and nimble team directly contributing to the revenue, growth, and profitability of Anact, while job descriptions are meant to help set initial expectations and direction for a role, you have the unique opportunity to shape what your position and career path look like at Anact.
If you worked here this past month, here are some things you might have been involved in:
- Generating your own leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as leveraging marketing and PR activities of Anact
- Identifying trends within the market and executing strategy that builds on those trends
- Supporting the CEO with the growth of key accounts
- Supporting the ideation and execution of Anact events. Relaying ideas based on current market landscape back to the Anact leadership team to inform future events and product
- Building and owning forecast and pipeline generation

If you do not feel you can execute on a task or commitment you communicate that honestly, and early, and collaborate to find a compromise or solution. You are comfortable with sales presentations to prospects at all levels. You know how to research, build a compelling case for the value that Anact brings, and telling the story of how working together will enhance both the customer and the sustainability landscape they operate in.

Compensation
This role will begin as a contracted position and commission. Opportunity for this to become a full time role with benefits will be reviewed after 90 days.
