We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with a passion for the healthcare industry, a proven track record using HubSpot, and a strong understanding of performance marketing to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving sales of our healthcare IT solutions by building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their unique challenges, and crafting targeted solutions that optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and develop qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels within the healthcare (Payers & Carers).
  2. Utilize your HubSpot expertise to create and execute strategic drip campaigns tailored to healthcare providers, nurturing leads, personalizing communication, and driving prospects effectively through the sales funnel.
  3. Champion the use of HubSpot CRM to meticulously maintain and update customer records, track progress, and generate valuable sales insights.
  4. Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their specific needs.
  5. Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Webinars, LinkedIn Posts etc.) to generate high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.
  6. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation strategies.
  7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Strong expertise in automation tools for prospecting to build the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare IT industry.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on building rapport with healthcare professionals.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in using HubSpot for sales, including lead nurturing, email marketing, and advanced CRM functionalities.
  5. Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and experience with PPC advertising, social media marketing, and marketing analytics is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  7. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a data-driven approach.
  8. Deep understanding of healthcare IT trends, challenges, and regulations is a strong plus.
