The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Director of Client Success to own the health, growth, and success of every Autonomize client. This role is for a strategic operator who thrives in complexity, builds clarity from chaos, and brings deep empathy for the customer while maintaining a strong voice for the business.
You’ll be the face of Autonomize to our clients — from initial rollout through long-term partnership — ensuring our technology drives measurable value. Internally, you’ll be the customer’s voice: surfacing insights, spotting patterns, and shaping our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy & Account Health
  • Own the overall client relationship post-sale — satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as the executive face of Autonomize for all enterprise clients.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with client sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Build and execute Account Plans: document start date, use cases, TAM, key roadblocks, strategic initiatives, and org mapping (champions, detractors, decision-makers).
Operational Excellence & Insights
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Delivery to bring structured client feedback and macro-level insights into our roadmap.
  • Track and analyze client health metrics, NPS, renewals, and churn to identify themes and proactive interventions.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive narratives — highlighting wins, outcomes, and value realization.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to ensure smooth transitions from Proof of Concept → Pilot → Production.
  • Partner with Growth to develop business cases and roadmaps for value including success metrics
  • Define engagement strategy across touchpoints: daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
  • Partner with Delivery and Engineering to ensure commitments are executed with precision and velocity.
Leadership & Scale
  • Build and mentor a world-class Client Success organization
  • Establish scalable playbooks for account management, renewals, and client storytelling.
  • Drive operational rhythm and visibility across the client portfolio.

Must have Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy (preferably in AI, SaaS, or healthcare tech).
  • Proven experience managing enterprise healthcare clients and navigating payer/provider ecosystems.
  • Exceptional executive communication — able to craft and deliver powerful narratives at the C-suite level.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; you can translate data into insight and action.
  • Experience creating and executing structured account plans and business cases.
  • Deep sense of ownership — you run toward problems, not away from them.
  • Operate in the Final Mile: you ensure promises turn into outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative, yet unafraid to challenge and push for clarity.
