The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Engagement Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer value, workflow clarity, and internal coordination. This is a high-impact role managing the full customer journey post-sale — from hand-off to implementation, go-live, and long-term delivery. You’ll drive measurable ROI, build scalable playbooks, and act as both the voice of the customer internally and the voice of Autonomize externally. This person will create engagement strategies that energize accounts, fueling momentum as we innovate together. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure value delivery, growth, and alignment across every clinical, business, and technical stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advocacy & Account Health
  • Own the end-to-end success of key enterprise customers - adoption, value realization, retention and expansion.
  • Build and execute Account Plans, mapping use cases, TAM, organizational champions/detractors, and strategic initiatives
  • Create momentum from day one - own client kickoff celebrations, welcome experiences, and engagement initiatives to energize our clients
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with client sponsors and stakeholders, proactively surfacing opportunities and risks
Outcomes, Value & Expansion
  • Demonstrate measurable value for current use cases through metrics, insights, and storytelling
  • Identify, validate, and drive new use cases across teams, workflows, and business units.
  • Partner with Product to translate customer insights into roadmap-driving recommendations.
  • Build business cases for increased adoption, expansion, and enhanced client outcomes.
Stakeholder Leadership
  • Develop trusted relationships with executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations with credibility and confidence.
  • Lead strategic discussions, outcome-focused meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Represent Autonomize as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure client commitments are executed with speed and precision.
  • Coordinate internally to unblock issues and drive proactive resolutions.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to internal teams to improve client outcomes and product capabilities.
Scaling Customer Success
  • Contribute to defining Customer Success processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
  • Partner with the Director of Customer Success to set standards for ownership, rigor, and client partnership.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in enterprise client success, account management, or related roles in healthcare and/or AI.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise stakeholders and complex accounts.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, grit, and ability to execute without hand-holding.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with enterprise healthcare AI, clinical operations, or payer/provider systems.
  • Strong background in strategic business reviews, executive engagement, and driving adoption across large organizations.
  • Experience creating client engagement experiences, kickoff celebrations, or creative onboarding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite.
  • Track record of scaling Customer Success teams or processes.
