Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from physical and digital letters into the central database.
- Format and index documents according to project-specific guidelines.
- Verify data integrity by comparing system entries against original source documents.
- Maintain a high daily processing volume to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the Operations Hub team to report and resolve data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Typing Speed: Strong typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and maintain consistency across large datasets.
- Work Ethic: Disciplined approach to repetitive tasks and commitment to targets.
