Vice President, Solution Consulting Company Overview b.well is transforming how healthcare consumers find and receive care in a personalized, convenient, and affordable manner. Partnering with our customers (health systems, insurance payors, pharmacies, and employers), we empower consumers to make informed choices about their family’s health using our data platform and our mobile apps. We’re looking for software engineers with exceptional technical knowledge and experience, who love to solve complex problems at scale, and are interested in fixing America’s largest (and most broken) industry. This position is available for fully remote work. Team Overview As the Vice President of Solution Consulting at b.well Connected Health, you will lead and strategically transform our enterprise client engagement approach, driving organizational growth and technical innovation. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns technical solutions with our company's broader business objectives, while building and mentoring a high-performance team of solution consultants. As the leader of the team, you will build and maintain key executive relationships during the sales process and throughout the life cycle of a client and help drive technical alignment, innovation, and outcomes for clients. Serving as a vital subject matter expert (SME) for b.well, you will collaborate closely with both the sales and client success teams throughout key stages of the client journey including pre-sales technical discovery, deployment, support, and expansion. Travel Expectations: Approximately 30% travel for strategic client meetings, industry conferences, and team development. The target salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay or title may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
