b.well is looking for an organized, energetic and dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and multi-functional departments. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO while partnering with department leads to facilitate related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a high performer, can anticipate needs independently, and is a problem solver with strong project management skills. This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on a company headed into its next stage of business. This is a pivotal support role.

What you’ll do:

The target salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
