Who We Are

b.well is solving healthcare’s fragmentation problem through our FHIR-based health data management platform. We unify data from many sources including EHRs, networks, wearables and portals while our intelligence engine personalizes the consumer experience. By simplifying the healthcare ecosystem, we make it easy for consumers to engage—whether scheduling care, accessing data, managing conditions, or taking action. For our clients, this means better outcomes, higher efficiency, and stronger consumer engagement.

Our founder & CEO, Kristen Valdes, built b.well to put consumers at the center of their healthcare. That mission guides everything we do. We’re growing our team with people who thrive in complex environments, want to solve meaningful problems, and are ready to shape the future of digital health. In our agile and collaborative culture, you’ll work with some of the best and brightestbrightess teams, rapidly expand your skills, and make a measurable impact on both our platform and the broader healthcare landscape.
