| Senior Manager, Network Enablement This is a full-time position and not open to contract work. Team Overview The Senior Manager, Network Enablement is responsible for executing the operational and cross-functional aspects of b.well's national interoperability network strategy. This high-impact role translates network strategy, governance, and agreements into repeatable, scalable onboarding and operational outcomes, enabling the AVP of Network Management to focus on strategy, partnerships, and policy while ensuring flawless execution. You will serve as the primary operational liaison across Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Strategy, Consumer Engagement, and Client Success—reducing the network-related burden on Product Managers and establishing the operational foundation that supports future network growth. The target salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
