Senior Manager, Network Enablement

This is a full-time position and not open to contract work.

Company Overview

b.well is revolutionizing healthcare through seamless data interoperability and consumer
engagement solutions. Our health.network platform is rapidly expanding to connect
providers, payers, and health IT partners nationwide—making healthcare more accessible,
transparent, and effective for millions of people.
We're looking for talented professionals who can bridge technical complexity with
strategic execution—translating complex constructs into clear, actionable roadmaps and
driving results through cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Team Overview

The Senior Manager, Network Enablement is responsible for executing the operational
and cross-functional aspects of b.well's national interoperability network strategy. This
high-impact role translates network strategy, governance, and agreements into repeatable,
scalable onboarding and operational outcomes, enabling the AVP of Network Management
to focus on strategy, partnerships, and policy while ensuring flawless execution.
You will serve as the primary operational liaison across Product Management, Engineering,
Clinical Strategy, Consumer Engagement, and Client Success—reducing the network-related
burden on Product Managers and establishing the operational foundation that supports
future network growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational owner for network partner activation across providers, HIEs, QHINs, and health data exchange partners
  • Execute partner onboarding processes and ensure network usage aligns with established operational controls, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Operationalize network performance metrics and accountability mechanisms, monitoring key indicators (uptime, data quality, partner satisfaction)
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Strategy, and Consumer Engagement for all network-related activities
  • Design and document standardized network onboarding playbooks and operational procedures
  • Manage network partner communications, issue resolution, and escalation pathways
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
Job Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability, health IT operations, network management, or health data exchange
  • Proven track record of operational execution and cross-functional program management in a healthcare technology environment
  • Experience managing provider networks, HIEs, QHINs, or health data exchange partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Strong understanding of health data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, USCDI, CCDA)
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, TEFCA, Information Blocking, CMS Interoperability Rules)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority
Desired Experience:
  • Prior experience at a health tech company, HIE/HIN, health plan, or EHR vendor
  • Background in product operations, technical program management, or implementation management
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, or B2B partnerships in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes
  • Track record of building processes from scratch in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of provider data, payer networks, and health information exchange architectures
  • Comfortable with data governance, operational controls, and performance metrics
  • Strong Computer Science or technical fundamentals with ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
