Senior Product Marketing Manager

Company Overview

b.well is solving healthcare’s fragmentation problem with our FHIR-based health data management platform. The platform connects data from EHRs, wearables, portals, and other sources, while our intelligence engine personalizes the consumer experience. By simplifying the complex healthcare ecosystem, we make it easy and convenient for consumers to engage and take action—whether it’s scheduling care, setting reminders, accessing health data, and more. For our clients, this means better health outcomes, operational efficiency, and stronger consumer engagement.

About position:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how our platform shows up in the market. This is not a downstream execution role. You will define how we position b.well as the category-defining infrastructure for health data and AI, shape how our products are understood by buyers, and directly influence revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Leadership, turning complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that win in the market.

This is a full time role open to fully remote work.

1. Category & Narrative Leadership
  • Define and evolve b.well’s core positioning and category narrative (health data platform, health AI infrastructure, etc.)
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging
  • Build opinionated POVs on where the market is going, and how b.well leads it
2. Product Positioning & Launches
  • Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for key products (e.g., data platform, AI SDK, network, quality)
  • Lead end-to-end product launches—from narrative to enablement to adoption
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap based on market needs and competitive insights
3. Sales & Revenue Enablement
  • Build high-impact sales narratives, decks, and tools that accelerate deals
  • Equip Sales to confidently position b.well against incumbents and emerging players
  • Partner on strategic deals and bring market perspective into the sales cycle
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
  • Develop deep understanding of competitors (EHRs, point solutions, data platforms, AI vendors)
  • Create battlecards, POVs, and strategic insights that inform go-to-market
  • Continuously synthesize customer feedback, analyst perspectives, and market signals
5. Adoption, Growth & Proof
  • Define success metrics across the funnel: awareness → pipeline → adoption
  • Partner with Growth and Product to drive product adoption and expansion
  • Turn customer outcomes into proof points, case studies, and storytelling
Experience:
  • 8–10+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or related roles
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in healthtech, data platforms, or AI
  • Proven track record of owning positioning and go-to-market for complex products
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and influencing revenue
Capabilities:
  • Exceptional storyteller, can simplify complex systems into compelling narratives
  • Strategic thinker who can operate at both category level and product level
  • Strong cross-functional operator—trusted partner to Product and Sales
  • Data-driven, comfortable defining metrics, analyzing performance, and iterating
  • Deep curiosity about healthcare, interoperability, and the future of AI in health
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with healthcare data (FHIR, interoperability, payer/provider workflows)
  • Experience positioning platform or infrastructure products
  • Background in fast-scaling or category-creation environments
