| Principal Product Manager, Interoperability & Network We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the roadmap for FHIR-based interoperability and the b.well Network. This is a strategic individual contributor role: you'll translate regulatory requirements — patient access APIs, provider directory APIs, payer-to-payer exchange — and FHIR/HL7 standards (FHIR R4, US Core, Da Vinci implementation guides) into product specs that build the strongest health network in the country. You'll set and track measurable KPIs (API adoption, data completeness, connection growth, latency) to prioritize the roadmap with data instead of intuition, addressing today's healthcare fragmentation while anticipating tomorrow's interoperability needs. This role demands data-driven, strategic product development — the ability to synthesize technical complexity, market demands, and user needs into product strategies that move the needle. This is a full-time position and not open to contract work. This position is available for fully remote work. The target salary range for this position is $175,000 – $210,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
