What Will You Do?
- Perform DEXA scans (bone density and body composition) and guide clients through a seamless, professional experience
- Own your scanning days—manage your schedule, equipment, and client flow with autonomy
- Work in our storefront locations, delivering consistent, high-quality scans
- Handle light administrative work and equipment care
- Complete paid onboarding training (one week, travel covered) to learn our systems and scanning protocols

- We will pay for your training to become a Health Technician, including operation a DEXA machine.
- Interest in healthcare and preventive wellness
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
First-year Health Technician in Chicago can expect to earn up to $53,362 in total cash compensation, plus equity.
- Hourly Rate: $22/hour ($45,760 annualized at 40 hrs/week)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base annually ($3,203)—half paid in cash ($1,602), half in stock options
- Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6,000 annually—we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)
- Total Cash Compensation: Up to $53,362
- Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance
