The Role:

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner to the CFO and CEO, providing expert leadership and guidance in all aspects of HR. You will lead the development and execution of people strategies that drive organizational success, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and enhance employee engagement and productivity. You will oversee talent acquisition, people operations, and work closely with executive leadership to ensure a seamless people experience aligned with our company's vision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the HR function and provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies that support business growth, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive strategy around people operations, HRIS, policies, and practices that align with culture and the needs of the employees.
  • Partner with executive leadership to understand their needs and provide guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executives, and other leaders, offering guidance on people-related matters and contributing to overall business strategy.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally reporting to the CFO or a similar executive.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive HR decision-making.
  • Experience in Fulfillment, Logistics or manufacturing.
  • Ability to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

What You’ve Done:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, people strategy, and culture development.
