The Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, Fulfillment Services at, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth across fulfillment solutions and offerings.

This individual will have coverage and be responsible for net-new logo growth. In addition, you will be responsible for selling into books of business, establishing and nurturing relationships, and challenging prospects ways of thinking in order to help them achieve their goals. Each prospect will have unique needs and you act as a trusted business advisor, helping them effectively leverage our products and services to maximize their results. The work you’ll do is instrumental to the overarching success of your clients and the business.

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or willing to move to AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process (Prospecting / initial lead inquiry, qualification, scoping, pricing, SOW, contract negotiation etc.)

  • Prioritize your book of business, develop and execute account plans for each individual account, including identifying new opportunities, bridging use cases across departments, and building and climbing the org chart

  • Meet or exceed sales and profitability quotas on a quarterly and annual basis. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, thoughtful engagement of customers/prospects and resource utilization against any leads

  • Meet and exceed your sales targets through strategic prospecting and strong sales process - you will own the full sales-cycle

  • Educate and consult customers on the value of’s fulfillment capabilities throughout the sales and adoption cycle

  • Model a wide range of use cases in which can drive business transformation

  • Collaborate and work closely with different members of the Accounts team (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Specialist, Leadership, SMEs, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers

  • Regularly report on sales pipeline and forecast to leadership

  • You are able to travel up to 25% of the time as needed

What You've Done:

  • 8+ years’ experience of quota carrying sales experience selling fulfillment solutions, both operational and technological, within mid-market and/or Enterprise segment

  • You have experience selling fulfillment products (I.e., end to end 3PL services, OMS and WMS software, freight cards and services, etc)

  • You have experience selling to retail companies

  • You have a strong ecommerce and B2B background

  • You have a track record of surpassing quotas

  • You have a track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization

  • You have experience driving revenue growth and cross selling within existing customers

  • You have strong account planning experience with experience selling to specific teams and business units

  • You have experience successfully navigating across multiple teams (up to C-suite) and expertly managing stakeholders in Procurement and Legal through complex deal structures

Nice to Haves:

  • You have experience in startup environments
