• Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts/budgets. Provide actionable insights to management on financial performance.

• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the Senior Manager, Finance, in creating presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments, including Operations, Technology, and Corporate Development, to gather data, provide financial insights, and support business initiatives.

• Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the Senior Manager, Finance, with ad-hoc financial projects as needed, including M&A activities, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.

• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• You possess advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

• You are detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in your work

• You have excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly and concisely

• You are proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• You are a collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and works well with cross-functional teams

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field

• Experience with financial management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Planning, and Tableau)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field
