The Role:
We are hiring a Senior Brand Manager to lead the Brand Management team at Cart.com. This team owns the strategy for our clients to capture, grow, and expand their Amazon revenue and brand awareness. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, managing high-profile clients, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success and growth of client brands. You will mentor and develop Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers, while playing a pivotal role in client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Own and lead the strategic development and execution of brand management for high-profile clients, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top clients, managing complex accounts with a high level of autonomy and strategic oversight.
Oversee and mentor Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skill sets and promote team success.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Media, Operations, Content, and other teams to achieve client goals efficiently and proactively.
Develop and present high-level strategies, data analysis, and reporting to clients, aligning with their business objectives and KPIs.
Stay ahead of eCommerce industry trends, particularly in Amazon strategy, and integrate new developments into client strategies to enhance performance.
Foster strong relationships with clients based on trust, accountability, and a deep understanding of their business.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development.

You are a seasoned professional with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives for multiple high-profile brands in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of eCommerce metrics, KPIs, and strategies.

What You’ve Done:
5+ years of experience in brand management, account management, or eCommerce, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving business growth.
Strong experience with Amazon or other major eCommerce platforms, including strategy development, execution, and performance optimization.
Proven success in leading and mentoring a team of Brand Managers or similar roles.
Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work with media, content, and operations teams to achieve client goals.
Experience preparing and delivering high-level presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders, showcasing strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes.
Nice to Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
Experience working with global brands or in a high-growth, start-up environment.
Advanced experience with digital marketing and performance-driven content.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.
