About the Role

At ClosedLoop/ Healthy, we’re on a mission to make wellness more accessible, personal, and actionable for everyone. As our Digital Marketing Designer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Head of Growth by executing visually compelling, data-informed campaigns that scale our user base and amplify our brand across web, app, and social platforms. Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop written content for a variety of channels, including blogs, social media posts, webpages, and lead Design, write, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, webpages, and mobile app store listings (Apple App Store and Google Play)
  • Manage the production and scheduling of multimedia content (social graphics, reels, videos, carousels, etc.) across channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Execute daily updates to GetHealthy.com, landing pages, and in-app messaging using WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and growth teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual consistency across mobile and web experiences
  • Build and iterate creative assets (social media graphics, app store screenshots, ad creatives, blog images) using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
  • Apply and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across digital environments
  • Assist in designing and optimizing app store presence, including visual assets, metadata, and seasonal refreshes
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and provide creative recommendations based on data
  • Maintain editorial calendars, creative production timelines, and campaign trackers using Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
  • Assist with internal and external presentations, performance summaries, and creative recaps
  • Manage and optimize digital asset libraries, ensuring assets are organized, version-controlled, and on-brand
  • Support email list management and audience segmentation in platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
  • Conduct light competitive and user research to inform campaign messaging, content planning, and social strategies
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail and quality control across all content and visual deliverables

You might be a right fit if you’re …

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, brand design, or content creation within a fast-paced startup or agency environment
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and user behavior—particularly in visual storytelling, short-form video, and community engagement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and motion tools like After Effects or CapCut (a plus)
  • Experience managing and editing content within WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Understanding of mobile-first design and digital best practices across web, app, and paid ad environments
  • Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO), including visual and metadata components
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively across different formats
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel stages and how to develop content tailored to different user journeys
  • Comfort working in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads dashboards to inform creative decision-making
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and high bar for visual and editorial quality
  • Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both creative and technical teams

  • We have a strong preference for individuals based in our Austin, TX headquarters who are comfortable with our in-office work culture. We offer relocation assistance to new employees relocating to Austin.
