We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to take the reins on our martech stack and performance infrastructure. This role is essential to helping our team execute with clarity, speed, and precision across both product-led and sales-led GTM strategies.
You’ll guide the systems that power our campaigns and lifecycle/marketing analytics. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and RevOps to streamline handoffs and optimize insights, all while experimenting with AI to sharpen our edge.
What you’ll do here
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack: manage implementations, administration, enablement, and long-term planning across new and existing tools like Hubspot, 6Sense, Pathfactory, Leandata, Hockeystack, and ZoomInfo/Ringlead
Oversee vendor relationships, contract renewals, and procurement for core revenue tech
Build dashboards, track KPIs, and guide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
Collaborate with Finance to build and maintain end-to-end ROI reporting
Manage lead management workflows: scoring, routing, and enrichment to surface qualified leads to sales
Partner with our campaign operations manager to ensure campaign reporting and lead management processes are maintained and optimized
Test and implement AI-powered workflows to uncover insights and increase team efficiency
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps to ensure alignment, shared goals, and scalable systems
What we’re looking for
Deep martech experience: you understand marketing automation, enrichment, and systems architecture, and have had recent hands-on experience managing marketing automation and integrated systems.
Strong reporting skills: you build dashboards and turn data into strategic action
Technical and analytical thinking: you can integrate tools, automate processes, and solve complex problems
Project management chops: you keep cross-functional initiatives on track
A collaborative approach: you’ve partnered closely across GTM teams and have a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
A strategic lens: you plan for scale, not just the moment
Business acumen: a deep understanding of how marketing activities can impact company goals
Bonus tacos if you have
Hands-on tech experience specifically with HubSpot and Salesforce
Background at a company with a successful product-led motion
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
