This position is leveled as IC2. Please feel free to ask any questions about compensation and levels during your initial interview.
Coder is seeking a highly motivated and analytical R&D Analyst to own inter-organizational communication and data hygiene for the R&D organization. In this role, you will serve as the "API" between R&D and various stakeholders, including Go-to-Market (GTM), Revenue, and other teams at Coder.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that R&D information is readily available in a "self-service" format, facilitating data flow and shared understanding across the company. This role acts as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring the right information is readily available, enabling smart decision-making at all levels.
What You'll Do Here
Serve as the main point of contact (POC) between R&D and Solutions (pre-and post-sales), Revenue, and Marketing teams
Triage custom requests and align with Engineering and Product to establish timelines for requested work
Ensure systems of record (Productboard, etc.) are up to date and accurate
Maintain communication with R&D teams and GTM teams on delivery timelines to mitigate risk of timeline slips
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of professional experience as a technical project manager, analyst, or similar
Qualitative analytical thinking skills, and the ability to empathize with competing viewpoints
A strong voice of reason - you can get your point across and "make a case" while maintaining a professional demeanor and making others feel heard
Strong attention to detail
You like working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points
You “nerd out” on project management and precise execution
