Role Overview

As a Managed Service Consultant, you will play a highly visible role partnering with business leaders, customers and carriers to ensure world class delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will drive customer value through data analysis, operational excellence and proactive project management. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and requires the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple complex accounts and translate insights into long-term solutions.

What You Will Work On

  • Partner with customers to define delivery timelines, milestones and end-to-end project plans that ensure successful execution.
  • Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption, presenting data driven insights and best practice recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, uncover root causes and recommend improvements that increase data quality and availability.
  • Coordinate closely with carriers to drive continuous data improvements and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate risks and publish regular progress reports that highlight business impact.
  • Hold customers and carriers accountable for actions that improve operational outcomes.
  • Use open-source visualization tools and internal data platforms to triage errors and support issue resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of carrier integration methods across modes and apply technical knowledge to guide decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners including Product, Support, Carrier Operations and Engineering to drive customer value.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, SOP development and process improvements that enhance quality, consistency and efficiency within the Managed Services practice.
  • Mentor team members, identify process gaps and share scalable solutions across the organization.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise and Vanguard customers, often spanning global regions and multiple project44 products.

What You Need:

  • Two to four years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience in SaaS, software or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of source data, data formats and data behavior.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana or Observe.
  • Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer focused, problem solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
