👉 The Role

As part of our Stockholm sales team, you'll play a critical role in acquiring and growing mid-market B2B customers: companies looking to simplify how they manage mobile plans for distributed teams. You'll work closely with our teams in Austin and across Europe to drive Telgea's global expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly shape how we go to market, close deals, and scale one of our most important regions.

🎯 What you will do

Proactively identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT, HR, procurement, and operations at mid-sized and enterprise companies operating across borders. You'll handle both inbound and outbound leads, lead discovery conversations, and tailor pitches that clearly communicate how Telgea simplifies mobile plans for international teams: one platform, one agreement, instant local setup.

Own and manage a high-quality sales pipeline. You'll prioritize accounts based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and decision timelines, ensuring every opportunity is followed up with precision and clarity. Your focus: consistent movement toward closed-won.

Shape and execute a clear, data-backed sales strategy that aligns with Telgea's commercial goals. Develop positioning and outreach tactics for different verticals and buyer profiles, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.

🦄 What we're looking for

You come from a sales-driven organization with a strong sales culture. It doesn't matter what you sold; what matters is that you've been trained in an environment that takes pipeline, performance, and process seriously, and that it's shaped how you work. You know what good looks like because you've lived it.

You have experience owning the full sales cycle from sourcing and outreach to negotiation and closing. Bonus points if you've sold to mid-market or enterprise customers across multiple regions, or in telecom.

You thrive in fast-changing environments and are eager to dive into the world of international telecom, connectivity, and mobility. You don't need to be a telecom expert yet, but you're curious, coachable, and hungry to master a new category.

You build trust quickly and become a long-term partner to your clients. You're proactive in managing relationships, great at navigating internal politics, and always focused on delivering real value, not just closing the deal.

You understand that great sales outcomes require great teamwork. You work closely with product, ops, and marketing to turn customer feedback into product insights, unlock operational solutions, and shape how we go to market together.

Fluent English is required. Natively speaking a second or third language is a bonus, since our customers are international.
