👉 The Role

As an SDR on our Stockholm team, you'll be the engine behind Telgea's growth across Europe. Your job is to find the right companies, reach out with sharp, relevant messaging, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and ops to test what works, double down on what does, and help shape how Telgea goes to market.

This is a launchpad role with a clear path: top performers move into an Account Executive seat in 6 months. You'll learn the full sales cycle from people who've done it before and earn your way into closing as we scale.

🎯 What you will do

Research and identify the right accounts and decision-makers across IT, HR, procurement, and operations at companies with international teams. You'll build target lists, find angles, and personalize outreach that actually gets responses.

Run outbound prospecting at high volume and high quality. Cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, video, whatever it takes to start meaningful conversations. You'll also qualify inbound leads and make sure no good opportunity slips through.

Book meetings that turn into pipeline. You'll lead first conversations, qualify fit, and hand off cleanly to an AE with the context they need to close. Your daily focus: activity, conversations, and qualified meetings booked.

Help shape our outbound playbook. You'll test messaging, share what's working, and feed customer signals back into product, marketing, and sales. The best ideas often come from the people closest to the buyer, and that's you.

🦄 What we're looking for

You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in an outbound or pipeline-generation role. You don't need to have sold telecom or SaaS before, but you've already done the reps: cold calls, sequences, objection handling, and you know what good looks like because you've lived it.

You're a strong communicator on the phone and in writing. You can pick up a cold call without flinching, and you can write an email that someone actually wants to read. You're genuinely curious about the people you're reaching out to, not just the logo on their badge.

You're organised and you follow up. Pipeline doesn't build itself, and the best SDRs are relentless about staying on top of their accounts. You take ownership of your numbers and treat your book like it's your own business.

You thrive in fast-changing environments. We're growing quickly, processes will change, and you'll be expected to bring ideas, not just execute. You're up for that.

Fluent English is required. Natively speaking a second or third language is a strong plus, since our customers are international.
