About Telgea

Telgea is a B2B MVNO platform. We give multinational companies mobile connectivity across 20 countries under one contract, one platform, and one invoice. We sit above the national mobile operators rather than competing with them. The company was founded in 2024 and the group has six legal entities.

The role

You run the day to day finance and administration of Telgea, and you work directly with the CEO.

This is a junior role with unusual scope. Most of what you touch is either unfinished or does not exist yet. You will learn multi-country accounting by doing it, with our external accounting partners and the CEO alongside you. Over time you take more of it in-house.

What You Will Do

Day to day:

  • Keep the ledgers current across our entities.
  • Own accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices.
  • Prepare the monthly close together with our external accountants.
  • Prepare moms and payroll filings for review.
  • Keep the paper trail in order: receipts, contracts, bank records, board documents.
  • Coordinate with local advisors in our markets and keep their deadlines from slipping.

With The CEO

  • Maintain the financial model and the cash forecast.
  • Pull the numbers for board decks and investor updates.
  • Reconcile carrier costs against usage data and customer billing. Flag what does not match.
  • Build the reporting that shows margin by country, carrier and customer.
  • Help prepare data rooms and due diligence material.

As You Grow Into It

  • Take accounting in-house market by market as you learn each one.
  • Replace manual steps with systems.

Who we are looking for

  • At least one year of hands-on accounting or finance work. A redovisningsbyrå, audit, or an in-house finance team all count.
  • You have worked in a ledger yourself, not only looked at reports.
  • Degree in accounting
  • Strong in Excel or Sheets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Organised and stubborn about deadlines. Filing dates do not move.
  • You ask early instead of guessing. In this job a quiet mistake gets expensive.

What you get

  • 35,000 SEK per month, plus employee stock options.
  • Direct work with the CEO on how the company is financed and run.
  • A view of a business operating across 20 countries at an early stage.
  • A path to owning the finance function as it grows.
