We’re seeking a VP of Operations and Product with oversight of infrastructure, systems, and processes along with product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This role will be crucial in scaling our business and will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Operations Responsibilities
- Organizational planning and development:
- Define operational objectives, strategy, workflow and milestones across departments
- Oversee documentation of processes, procedures and checklists
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and sustainability
- Operations Management and Optimization:
- Oversee continued documentation and optimization of operational processes and workflows with focus on automation to improve efficiency
- Work with departmental managers to oversee selection, integration and operations of systems including CRM and marketing automation, chat platform, customer support / help desk, business intelligence / reporting, internal messaging (Slack), video conferencing (Zoom) systems, customer feedback systems, email and other tools
- Manage integrations between systems and platform
- Maintain knowledge base and effectiveness of self-service support systems
- Manage related vendor and contractor relationships
- Human Capital Support:
- Build and lead remote-first operations, training and support
- Support our culture of excellence and innovation
- Support employee onboarding, training and offboarding
Product Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Document and communicate our product strategy
- Prioritize constituent use cases with clear problem/solution fit
- Drive portfolio decisions (build/partner, platform vs. features, etc.)
- Roadmap and Execution:
- Own the end-to-end roadmap with key milestones and timelines
- Formalize and document the product development process
- Drive delivery new product releases on schedule
- Manage integrations with partners and financial institutions
- Customer and Market Insight:
- Analyze needs and preferences of multiple constituents including nonprofits, donors, financial advisors and partners
- Maintain competitive/market intelligence
- Go-to-Market and Growth:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS on positioning, messaging, enablement, and product launches
- Develop and maintain product collateral, sales kits and competitive differentiators
- Represent product externally with customers, partners, and strategic prospects
Required Operations Experience
- 5+ years in operations management in a technology or tech-forward financial services company
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to scale tech-enabled operations
- Implementing and integrating systems to support sales, customer success, billing systems, subscription management and payments
Required Product Experience
- 5+ years in product management and leadership roles in scale-up ventures.
- Proven track record scaling products from PMF through exponential growth stage.
- Knowledge and desire to master implementation of Agentic AI solutions

- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation
