Job Description
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking an IT Technician for our Headquarters located in Austin, Texas. As a successful employee support person, you will work on hardware/software and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.

Responsibilities
Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming employee tickets
Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote access
Provides timely resolution of tickets or escalation on behalf of employee appropriate technical personnel
Supports and maintains effective relationships with users
Track inventory of all IT-related hardware and software
Ensure performance security, and uptime of corporate network and systems, including firewall, spam filtering, e-mail, collaboration, VoIP, VPN
Support of hosted/SaaS ERP, VoIP, Email, File sharing, etc...
Communicate with management when IT requirements dictate new purchases
Implement and maintain internal systems/applications
Manage physical and logical access to facility systems and applications
Manage wordpress
Requirements
Two or more years of experience working with either fiber-based networking or managed services, such as Fiber Internet Access, High-Speed Data, Ethernet, Managed Network Services, Managed Security Services, Managed Wi-Fi Services, Enterprise Trunking, Hosted Voice and Enterprise TV Services
Experience with network protocols, RF, routers, layer-2 switches, VPN, CWDM, HFC plant and delivery system, routing protocols and policies, Wi-Fi and VoIP platforms
Working knowledge of wireless technology
In depth knowledge of hardware and software
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exemplary customer service
Ability to take direction, working well with both in a team and alone
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in a professional manner
