We are looking for a Producer to join our team of innovators and creative technologists building the future of workplace training. Your core responsibilities will include enabling a Scrum team of engineers and artists. You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with the opportunity to work on many different types of projects.

Responsibilities
\n
    \n
  • Develop and manage Agile planning rituals
  • \n
  • Manage team of artists and engineers supporting multiple projects with multiple clients
  • \n
  • Work with the team to develop task descriptions and timelines
  • \n
  • Work with the PO to maintain a healthy backlog
  • \n
  • Work with PO to ensure priority matches release needs
  • \n
  • Work with QA team and PO to triage bugs
  • \n
  • Release output of a given sprint or development cycle
  • \n
  • Plan, scope, and budget content projects
  • \n
  • Maintain budgets and resources through the course of each project
  • \n
  • Plan releases and coordinate with Enabler and Platform teams to ensure release schedule is met
  • \n
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Production
  • \n
  • Ensure that project files and documentation are properly organized and archived
  • \n
  • Maintain relationship with team members and work to keep team morale high
  • \n

  • CSM, PMP or comparable work experience
  • \n
  • Department of Defense experience a plus
  • \n
  • VR or Game Development experience a plus
  • \n
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
