Develop and manage Agile planning rituals
\n
Manage team of artists and engineers supporting multiple projects with multiple clients
\n
Work with the team to develop task descriptions and timelines
\n
Work with the PO to maintain a healthy backlog
\n
Work with PO to ensure priority matches release needs
\n
Work with QA team and PO to triage bugs
\n
Release output of a given sprint or development cycle
\n
Plan, scope, and budget content projects
\n
Maintain budgets and resources through the course of each project
\n
Plan releases and coordinate with Enabler and Platform teams to ensure release schedule is met
\n
Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Production
\n
Ensure that project files and documentation are properly organized and archived
\n
Maintain relationship with team members and work to keep team morale high

CSM, PMP or comparable work experience

Department of Defense experience a plus

VR or Game Development experience a plus
