Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team of innovators and creative technologists building the future of workplace training. Your core responsibilities will include managing across Government and Department of Defense (DoD) projects at Randolph Air Force Base to develop and deliver solutions aligned with our corporate objectives. You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with the opportunity to work on many different types of projects.

This is a hybrid position, predominately 3-4 days a week on-site at Randolph AFB for customer engagement.

You will be responsible for organizing projects and activities relative to our Government/DoD customer at Randolph AFB. You will be tasked with developing and executing projects to support the organization's strategic direction, leading HTX Labs and customer from contract kick off through period of performance, collection of reference materials, leading scanning of assets, developing and managing long term goals. Additionally, you will execute plans for programs, generate proposals, and coordinate efforts between content team, customer success team, customer, and required subject matter expertise within the government.

A successful candidate will have prior experience in both project management and coordinating with cross functional teams, with specific experience in the Public/Government/DoD sector.

Objectives

• Strategize, implement, and directly support our DoD project management organization.
• Develop DoD program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring project goals are reached.

Responsibilities

• Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Develop an operating plan for projects and for the overall program.
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and performance.
• Implement and manage changes and mitigations to ensure project’s contract requirements are achieved.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status.
• Assist with project strategy with the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with DoD/Government contracts.
• Proven customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Competency in software tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Slack.

Nice to Haves

• Program management certification (DAU or PMP certification).
• Experience coordinating with cross functional teams.
• Experience briefing mid-level military leadership (Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, Field Grade Officers).

This is a contract-to-hire position.

Work Location: Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
