As the SalesOps Manager for Titan, you'll build and own the scaffolding of sales process including systems, data, dashboards, process discipline, and follow-through. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a forward thinker that can work proactively to remove friction for the sales team and ensure visibility into pipeline, performance and revenue. You're not just running reports — you’re building a commercial engine that can scale 10× without breaking. This role is based on ICON’s Austin, TX campus and will report to the VP of Titan Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, maintain, and own Titan’s sales systems and processes — ensuring precision, clarity, and consistency across every deal.
  • Implement and manage the CRM system from the ground up including designing workflows, enforcing hygiene, and driving insights.
  • Build reporting dashboards that show real-time pipeline health, conversion velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to streamline pricing approvals, contracting, and documentation flow.
  • Create templates, quoting tools, and playbooks that make the team faster and more consistent.
  • Track key metrics (deal velocity, time-to-close, conversion rate) and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate across Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure customer commitments are documented, tracked, and delivered.
  • Partner with technology and sales teammates in a collaborative and creative environment that blends tactics and strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) with experience building workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to build forecasting processes and reporting cadence from scratch.
Deep comfort working with data — can clean, analyze, and communicate it clearly.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams — sales, finance, operations — in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, internal meetings, off-sites, or customer events.
  • Flexibility to work outside of core business hours.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Background in hardware, software, construction technology, or capital equipment sales.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B or enterprise sales cycles.
  • Exposure to early-stage or high-growth companies where systems were built from zero.
  • Skilled in Excel or other modeling tools, capable of building simple but meaningful financial forecasts.
  • Obsessed with clarity, accuracy, and organization — Systems thinker.
  • Anticipates problems and solves them before they become roadblocks.
  • Comfortable translating chaos into structured processes without adding bureaucracy.
  • Operates with calm focus under pressure; brings consistency to fast-moving teams.
  • Communicates clearly and visually — uses data to tell stories, not just produce numbers.
  • Enjoys building tools and systems that others rely on; takes pride in invisible excellence.
