SUMMARY

The Revenue Operations Account Administrator II (Cancellations) serves as a key resource in the Revenue Operations/Order Acceptance department in the research and analysis of complex items related to cancellations of product items.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage cancellation requests in Salesforce that includes deactivating/reactivating products in OneSite, managing Historical Data Access requests depending on its effectivity date
• Review and analyze the validity of cancellation and Historical Data Access requests from clients in Order Management System, Salesforce, OneSite, and Dashboard before processing the request in Onesite
• Monitors and provides solutions to internal and external customers in cancellation or Historical Data Access order inquiries and escalations received thru email
• Assist Account Set-up team. This shall Manages the account set-up queue related to Cancellation’s Historical Data Access Requests as part of the cancelation process
• Ensure all documentations are updated and create workflow processes when needed
• Perform additional work related Adhoc task
