SUMMARY
As a Quality Analyst II, you will help implement and drive various quality-related initiatives (e.g. quality monitoring, quality audit feedback, quality reporting, flagging process opportunities, etc). You will also be asked to help Operations every now and then when there is a volume surge. This position will report to the Team Manager, Training and Quality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily review of the FAM escalation tracker
- Regular audit of transactions/alerts handled by specialists/consultants
- Regular feedback conducted for audited transactions
- Regular quality reports per function/group
- Monthly update of internal business review file
- Host regular calibration sessions per function/group minimum of once a month
- Estimates for own deliverables.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Extensive experience with core software applications, including web and client/server applications.
- Must be able to work in front end and back end QA environment.
- Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must exhibit a highly organized approach to work.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must have knowledge in all QA methodologies, software lifecycles, quality best practices and tools.
- Must be confident with high energy and a great passion for QA.
- Solid understanding of Agile development.
- Professional certification or training, such as Lean Six Sigma preferred.
