SUMMARY

As a Vendor Account Specialist (CK Team) you will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and converting qualified vendors for the Credential Key (CK) Program. The CK Program refers to a master insurance profile with RealPage Vendor Credentialing. This position will report to the Vice President, Vendor Credentialing.

Vendors submit insurance documents to RealPage. Members of the CK team review those documents and look for vendors that have policy limits and applicable blanket policy endorsements that can be leveraged across all participating management companies within the RealPage Vendor Credentialing network. Team members work directly with the vendor’s insurance agent to get documents prepared in the required format. They will oversee the vendor account until it reaches an approved status. In addition, they operate as a program SME for product the product support team. The role requires daily outbound phone calls to vendors and their insurance agents. Email as a secondary means of follow up is also used daily. In addition, team members work outbound campaigns for Risk Advisory Services (RAS). The objective of the campaign is to increase the approval metrics of the management company while simultaneously converting qualifying vendors to the Credential Key Program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify and convert vendors to the Credential Key Program.
  • Engage with vendors and insurance agents via phone or email daily.
  • Process insurance documentation received from assigned vendors daily.
  • Host Virtual Office Hours appointments – weekly when applicable.
  • Report on conversions and approved vendors – weekly
  • Participate in Risk Advisory Service campaigns – monthly

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

A successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Customer service experience including outbound phone calls (English)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • RealPage Vendor Credentialing experience required. Team member must have served a minimum of 1 year as either an insurance processor or member of the contact center.
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Familiar with commercial lines insurance
  • Familiar with Zoom and Teams virtual meeting environments.
  • SalesForce experience
