SUMMARY

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant I to join our VAS Onboarding Team. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of our Value-Added Services products on all phases of the project lifecycle. This individual will play a crucial role in our quest to build a center of excellence among our prioritized products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working Cross functionally with sales and success to enhance the customer experience.
• Managing implementation activities from launch to go live date.
• Keeping all project activities updated and communicating with all parties involved in the process.
• Responding to client issues and providing resolution.
• Ensuring that all project documentation is current.
• You will work on multiple projects and follow up items at the same time.
• Partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs.
• Train clients on how to successfully use their newly implemented product.
• Work closely with team members to periodically review existing processes and look for efficiencies' opportunities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• 1 of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Time management skills.
• Excel, Power point, Outlook experience.
