Data Analyst II - Sustainability Implementations

SUMMARY
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our mission of providing innovative sustainability solutions to the multifamily industry. This role has a primary focus on supporting the implementations of the Sustainability suite of products, including Sustainability Services, Smart Waste, and Smart Water.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and communication skills in order to facilitate the implementations process and ensure that our customers have a first-in-class experience working with the Sustainability organization. Project management skills are needed to balance multiple implementations at different stages of completion. Strong communication skills are required in order to collaborate with other teams within RealPage to assist with the implementations process and to reach out to customers and third-party partners for important information needed for implementations.
The candidate should also be detail-oriented with a background in data analysis in order to maintain the trackers and reports needed for implementations. Strong skills in Excel and experience with other applications such as Smartsheet and Power BI are preferred.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review product orders and work through the implementations process to complete the set up for services for customers
- Handle and manage the obstacles that occur during the implementations process, such as order errors and application set up discrepancies. Collaborating with other teams is an important part of resolving these issues
- Facilitate the cancellation of orders and problem management escalations through the ticketing process in Salesforce
- Schedule and coordinate calls with internal and external attendees
- Assist with creating and updating implementations process related documentation
- Populate and maintain the various Sustainability implementations trackers so that implementation statuses and statistics are kept accurate and up to date
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; 2 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate must have exceptional project/task management skills, strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to interpret large data sets as part of the implementations process.
- The candidate should have an advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, slicers, advanced functions, etc.).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential as this position will be interacting with various departments within the company as well as interacting with clients and third-party partners on the phone, via chat (in Teams, Salesforce, etc.), and via email.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Hours: Office hours that follow standard US time zones are expected. The US corporate headquarters of RealPage is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM central standard time (CST) US. The candidate is expected to be available for a standard shift falling within those hours. RealPage provides nighttime differential pay in accordance with this schedule.
