SUMMARY
RealPage Implementation Consultant II is responsible for working across multiple product teams to implement LOFT end-to-end solutions for customers. This includes reviewing add-on orders, analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to successfully complete the implementation, collecting appropriate data, and coordinating with other departments. The Implementation Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for implementation best practices on the products or services they are delivering.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of Front Office - LOFT solutions for property management companies.
- Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
- Deliver on-time implementations for add-on orders, per agreement with customer.
- Assist client in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve client’s desired result.
- Accurately forecast activations of add-on orders and update backlog on a weekly basis.
- Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of data and multi system integrations.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible.
- Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects.
- Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
- With background using photoshop, Sharepoint and Salesforce
- Software and/or multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Must possess good organization and time management skills.
- Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems.
- Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (WFH, WIO or Hybrid setup).
