SUMMARY

The Billing Analyst It is responsible for supporting the billing operations within a company. This role will work with internal and external customers in order to obtain the necessary information to execute the monthly billing process and improve customer satisfaction. This position requires a high degree of involvement in detailed data management, advanced excel modeling skills, reporting and analytics and presentation skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with Billing of the acquisitions and analysis
  • Creating Quotes and Rebills
  • Assist in mid-month and month end close duties to ensure accurate and timely billing close
  • Assist in researching client questions regarding billing, order setup, credits and cancellations.
  • Submit credit requests as requested to resolve billing issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate billing and issue corrections.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams to facilitate invoice dispute resolutions
  • Identify and solve activation errors as a result of import order fulfillment
  • Perform critical billing imports
  • Perform related duties and special projects/tasks as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Revenue Cycle or Billing Experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Background in rebill, credit and cancellation and migration/acquisition and dealt with business-to-business client set up
  • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word proficiency required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Must be a self-managing, motivated individual and have the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
