SUMMARY

STRATIS IoT, a RealPage company, is actively seeking a passionate Developer Analyst to join its family of full-stack software engineers who are creating & molding the next generation of smart building technology. Our diverse team is made-up of adventurous, multifaceted individuals who bring what they’ve learned through various walks of life to improve our products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a queue that supports a high volume of support tickets that require a high level of technical skill
• Assist with the onboarding of new client sites and customer accounts;
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on progress of issues and follow up when more information is needed to complete requests;
• Investigate escalated issues until a root cause is found or the issue is escalated to a development team;
• Prioritize tasks well and be able to shift to a higher priority issue when one arises;
• Provide real-time support during United States business hours (9am-5pm US Eastern Standard Time)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• 1+ years of professional experience in advanced technical support, software development, or software testing;
• Familiarity with Python or a similar programming language;
• Strong attention to detail, skilled at spotting anomalies and debugging;
• Strong communication skills with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders;
• Able to work independently: consistently moving forward on support and technical operations requests in a timely manner;
• Maintain a caseload of several open cases with ownership from point of escalation up through resolution;
• Able to communicate progress and blockers with team and management, collaborating to work through issues and complete tasks;
• Quick to learn new, complex systems and technologies;
