SUMMARY
The Business Analyst II is a key member of the Unified Onboarding team that assists in the coordination of implementation orders and conducts the scheduling of customer onboarding activities. This includes the administrative responsibilities related to order management, scheduling operations, and order distribution. To ensure the successful implementation of Realpage products and services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track the throughput of orders from order creation to product/service implementation.
- Assist Revenue Operations, sales, implementations, and operations teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce order items.
- Partner with Sales, Implementations, and Account Management teams to support activations of orders.
- Work with customers to schedule the implementation of newly ordered products and services.
- Prepare charts, graphs, and other content for executive presentations.
- Leverage knowledge of RealPage order management processes and procedures to ensure operation and implementation of client services.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
- 2 years of experience in an order management, scheduling, or other operational support role.
- Ability to manage, analyze, and track orders for a sophisticated and often complex order management process.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines, and take initiative on multiple projects.
- Cultivate internal and external relationships to gain new knowledge and competencies.
- Proficiency using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Proven record identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- With background in Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift Schedule
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Office, Home or Hybrid)
