As part of our ongoing mission to redefine healthcare, we’re excited to announce the opening of our Medici VIP Clinic in West Austin in May 2025. This exclusive concierge medical practice will cater to an elite clientele, providing exceptional, personalized care. To support this new venture, we are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. PRN status, working when needed. Prefer someone who is typically available during the week. The shift will always be between the hours of 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday NO nights, NO weekends, and NO major holidays.
About the Role: As a Medici VIP Registered Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in providing tailored, high-touch healthcare in a brand-new, state-of-the-art outpatient clinic. We’re looking for someone who’s deeply passionate about helping others, with a strong commitment to promoting nutrition, exercise, and preventive health. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a polished appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Oversee and maintain clinic processes, ensuring adherence to policies and protocols
- Assess, triage, plan, and provide patient care, collaborating closely with physicians to carry out medical orders
- Manage clinic resources, including inventory, equipment calibration, safety checks, and infection control programs
- Assist physicians with procedures, wound care, and administering medications
- Perform phlebotomy, lab tests, and vital sign monitoring (blood pressure, blood sugar, EKGs, etc.)
- Contribute to Executive Health Exams, including screenings for vision, hearing, dermatology, cancer, cardiovascular health, and more
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and medication refills
- Provide health and wellness education to patients
- Document patient care in the electronic medical record, ensuring accurate coding and thorough notes
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, scanning, and faxing documents to ensure seamless clinic workflow
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but an Associate’s degree or Hospital Diploma with equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
- Current Registered Nurse license in Texas
- CPR and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
