We are currently hiring a Medical Assistant or LPN for a full-time 90-day contract position in Albuquerque, NM, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, purpose-driven care team, helping patients feel seen, heard, and valued from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do:
You’ll support both the front office and clinical team to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience. Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and hospitality
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records with accuracy and care
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Communicating efficiently between the front and back-office teams
Taking vital signs, performing venipuncture, processing labs, and supporting clinical procedures (if MA or LVN)
Maintaining HIPAA compliance and upholding the dignity and confidentiality of every patient
Supporting nurses and providers in daily clinical operations
Ensuring all interactions reflect the love of Christ through kindness, service, and excellence
Who You Are:
A Medical Assistant (certified preferred) or LPN with prior clinical or front office experience
Warm, professional, and grounded in a service-oriented mindset
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and handling administrative tasks
Someone who finds joy in serving others and aligns with our faith-based mission
