Medici is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing, content strategy, campaign execution, founder visibility, and community growth across Medici Health and Medici Peptides. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media channels, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting founder visibility, and helping grow brand awareness across both businesses.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. They are comfortable building marketing plans, managing campaigns, creating content, capturing photos and video, editing assets, supporting founder visibility, and bringing ideas to life from concept through launch. They are equally comfortable behind a camera, in a content calendar, reviewing analytics, or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
What you will work on
Build and maintain a consistent content calendar for Medici Health and Medici Peptides, balancing educational, promotional, founder-led, patient-facing, and community-focused content.
Capture and coordinate content across the business, including clinic moments, physician education, founder storytelling, ambassador activity, events, product/service launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels while ensuring the messaging, tone, and visuals remain consistent with the Medici brand.
Support day-to-day social media management, including captions, posting, stories, engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and audience interaction.
Coordinate with internal team members, ambassadors, creators, agencies, and vendors to keep content and campaign deliverables moving forward.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and brand initiatives across Medici Health and Medici Peptides.
Maintain a library of marketing assets, photos, videos, campaign materials, and content ideas that can be used across both businesses.
Analyze campaign, content, and channel performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimize marketing investments, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Support brand consistency across social media, email, website content, events, and other marketing touchpoints.
Stay close to social media trends, content formats, and audience behavior to identify new opportunities for Medici to tell its story and grow its presence.
What you will bring
5-10 years of progressive experience with demonstrated ownership of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand growth initiatives.
Experience creating and managing content across multiple digital platforms
Strong understanding of social media strategy and content trends
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
Experience using content scheduling, email marketing, and analytics tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Video production, editing, photography, or graphic design experience preferred
Experience working with healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands is a plus
