This state-of-the-art health and wellness center cares for a truly unique, all adult patient population, offering on-site physical therapy, health and nutrition coaching, mental health care and more! Our doctors practice value-based care (NO fee-for-service), typically seeing on average 10-14 patients a day, delivering whole-person care. This gives them the time to build relationships and genuinely care for patients, which means improved compliance, better care coordination, healthier patients, and happier providers. It also means more time for charting and the limited administrative duties throughout the day, with nothing to take home at night.
