About The Role

At Medici, we’re revolutionizing healthcare, and that means our creativity and design is cutting-edge. We’re seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to work directly with our Senior Designer and marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs across various platforms. This part-time job is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

This part-time role will be based in an office at our Headquarters in Austin, TX, with flexible workdays. The position offers customizable hours, allowing for a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, up to a maximum of 32 hours per week. We prioritize flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Conceptualization: Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and product vision.
  • Design Execution: Use your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma to bring design concepts to life across various platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.
  • Feedback Integration: Embrace feedback as a means of improvement. Work collaboratively with team members to iterate on designs and elevate the overall quality of our visual communication.
  • User-Centric Approach: Keep the end-user in mind throughout the design process, ensuring that our designs not only look good but also provide a positive and intuitive experience.

Qualifications

  • Design Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Portfolio Excellence: Showcase a portfolio that reflects a keen eye for design, innovation, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma and other emerging design tools is a plus.
