Position Summary

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our CEO and various external and internal stakeholders, fostering positive connections with investors, advisors, clients, executives, celebrities, and our own internal Team. A critical function you will support is Medici VIP, a premier virtual-first concierge health service dedicated to delivering high-end, high-touch, and highly convenient healthcare to CEOs and celebrities. We are actively seeking a well-qualified and motivated individual to join our team as our Executive Support and Relations Specialist.

This role is based in person in Austin, Texas. Reporting Structure

This position reports to the CEO, working closely to support and enhance executive relationships and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, advisors, clients, executives, and celebrities on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
  • Coordinate and execute various events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings involving the CEO and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Develop and implement a thoughtful gift strategy for the CEO, aligning with the company's values and the preferences of various stakeholders.
  • Manage the procurement, packaging, and delivery of gifts.
  • Work collaboratively with members of the CEO's team to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and team members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace, including strong skills with Sheets and Slides.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • As required, assist with administrative support to the CEO and President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive support or relationship management role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including skills in Sheets and Slides.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience supporting an executive-level team member
  • Education: Bachelors degree a plus
  • Notary license is a plus
