Health by Design is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services on a PRN basis in our state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Clinics. Individual would work strictly PRN, covering for our full-time Physical Therapists when they are scheduled off for PTO, etc.
Seeking individuals to treat patients as a compassionate healer, who are passionate about their patients and committed to helping them recover independence and mobility by creating a treatment plan that includes appropriate exercises, procedures and techniques required to promote effective, safe recovery.
Our 4 San Antonio clinic locations deliver care to the retired police and fire fighters of San Antonio. Locations include Westover Hills, Fair Oaks and the Selma/Schertz areas. And coming in May 2024, a new clinic will be opening in the Roosevelt area of San Antonio. Prefer individuals who are flexible to go to any of our 4 locations! Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm. Shifts would always be between these hours. No nights, no weekends, no late hours.
