Join our team as a Data Analyst to support our Medici onsite tech team by developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure success. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Job Summary
Join our team as a Data Analyst to support our Medici onsite tech team by developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure success. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our HealthTech solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate data insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare data analytics.
- May assist with the development and implementation of new data collection processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or health IT industry.
- Experience working with data visualization tools, Sigma preferred.
- Experience working with Snowflake.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) – recommended but not required.
- CPB (Certified Professional Biller) – recommended but not required.
- Minimum of two years in medical billing, claims management.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- The team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The team member may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
