As the IT Lead you will partner with Circuit stakeholders to ensure successful operation of organization's information technology systems. As the IT Lead you’ll primarily be an individual contributor, but also expected to work with stakeholders across the company and mentor teammates.

Role Summary
As the IT Lead you will own the planning, implementation, and management of Circuit business infrastructure and integrations. The IT Lead will also partner with Engineering stakeholders to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance while adapting to growing regulations and standards. This role will also involve project management of company wide initiatives in delivering new business needs as Circuit continues to scale.
The IT Lead also manages the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Circuit’s business infrastructure is operationally maintained through observability tools and quantitative KPIs.

Role Summary

This role will also involve project management of company wide initiatives in delivering new business needs as Circuit continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical owner and point of contact for all information systems.
- Ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure and business assets.
- Creation and ownership of control policies and procedures for employee and system access.
- Lead the structuring of internal information and data.
- Leveraging your own skills to be a force multiplier while building and scaling the business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and Systems Management.
- 2+ years in a lead capacity.
- 5+ years specifying, implementing and maintaining business infrastructure.
- 2+ years maintaining Service Level Agreements across organizations.
- Experience in G-suite, Okta/IdPs, SSO, macOS/Jamf, 1password, Atlassian, Cloudflare, Datadog, and Ansible (or similar).
- Ability to script/automate in Bash and Python
- Understanding of Cloud based solutions and orchestration, preferably AWS.
- Experience in compliance and auditing experience in SOC2, GDPR, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creativity in solving design challenges and a desire to push boundaries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
